Intern (m/f/d) for Performance Process Digitalisation


We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for Performance Process Digitalisation for a period of 5-6 months starting either July 1 or 15, 2025, at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Support digitalisation of our Performance process; 
  • Support HRIS roadmap for executives; 
  • Develop support materials and guides as required for Performance and Support further professionalisation of our services to our internal stakeholders; 
  • Participate actively as member of  Group Talent ICC  across the employee experience cycle. 

Ihr Profil

  • Currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • You are able to work independently and are detailed oriented.
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
