We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for Performance Process Digitalisation for a period of 5-6 months starting either July 1 or 15, 2025, at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Support digitalisation of our Performance process;
- Support HRIS roadmap for executives;
- Develop support materials and guides as required for Performance and Support further professionalisation of our services to our internal stakeholders;
- Participate actively as member of Group Talent ICC across the employee experience cycle.
Ihr Profil
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- You are able to work independently and are detailed oriented.
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
