For our Competence Centre IT & Digital we are looking for a Head of Finance and Controlling Solutions (m/f/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Continuous development of the SAP Finance application portfolio, taking strategic influences into account of the business and SAP
  • Ensuring coordination and compliance with the projects being run, change portfolio, audits, as well as responsibility for the operation of the finance systems (including budget responsibility)
  • Drive the overall direction for the team and ensure there are structures in place to allow for the dynamic nature of business requirements
  • Overall responsibility for key suppliers into the SAP Finance Chapter
  • Support the wider business community and can be an escalation point where required to mitigate issues that may arise
  • Supporting the rollout of our new ERP system
  • Organizing and further developing processes within the department and across departmental boundaries
  • Planning personnel development in the department in consultation with team leaders, conducting annual/feedback meetings, and deriving individual development measures

Ihr Profil

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration, or comparable academic training
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment with a comprehensive overview of the SAP application portfolio and processes with a focus on accounting, controlling, reporting, and their integration into a complex system landscape
  • Several years of management experience in managing large teams of 20+ and managing resource demands with capacity available to you
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach paired with experience in personnel management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
  • High level of intercultural competence with business fluent German and English skills
