We are looking for a QM-Expert (m/f/d) Corporate Competence Centre Operations & Logistics for our Headquarter.
Under the direction of the Head of Corporate QM, the Corporate QM Quality Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining and auditing a uniform quality standard for the PHOENIX group. This uniform standard is to be continuously developed in order to meet current customer requirements and applicable regulations and to ensure our success by guaranteeing full compliance with legal requirements in all countries and business areas.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Ensuring our success through full compliance with legal requirements in all countries and business areas
- Continuous improvement and support of all relevant processes and facilities to ensure readiness for inspection
- Standardisation and harmonisation of quality management systems in our individual business areas (E2E supply chain, wholesale, pre-wholesale, etc.)
- Meeting the increasing demands of the pharmaceutical industry through continuous quality development in line with the PHOENIX mission statement
- Creating and maintaining relevant quality guidelines in line with the quality mission statement and the mission of the PHOENIX Group
- Actively managing the interface between Corporate Quality Management and the surrounding departments within the PHOENIX Group
- Planning and implementing quality tools with the aim of achieving cross-border synergies
- Ensuring the maintenance of the quality network within the company: guaranteeing the transfer of best practices and relevant information
- Planning and organising internal and external audits, including processing and evaluating audit reports
- Preparing and conducting employee training in accordance with applicable regulations and laws
- Representing other quality managers in the company during extended absences
Ihr Profil
- Completed vocational training and professional experience in quality management (alternatively: PTA/CTA training, degree in pharmacy)
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with methods and standards from quality management, GMP, GDP, medical devices and ISO
- Proficient use of MS Office applications, in particular TEAMS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, workflow management
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Friendly and confident manner
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel
