Ihre Aufgaben
- Develop and oversee the IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with corporate objectives and business needs in a diverse European landscape.
- Define and maintain architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps across the entire PHOENIX group.
- Create target blueprints for application and technology architecture using group-wide frameworks, ensuring close alignment with strategic initiatives and operating model evolution.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, streamlining, and consolidation, as well as assess and communicate technology trends.
- Establish and continuously improve a comprehensive IT governance framework for all IT and digital functions with a strong emphasis on decision-making transparency, compliance, and cross-functional consistency.
- Shape and evolve the IT organizational model, including structures, processes, roles, and decision-making bodies. ensuring effective interaction between strategic programs, architecture, and operational excellence.
- Lead and manage the IT Process Management team to drive process efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across the IT organisation.
- Lead and develop teams focused on strategy, enterprise architecture, and process management, nurturing collaboration and excellence.
- Advise IT management and cooperate closely with business units for strategic alignment, ensuring regulatory compliance together with governance functions.
Ihr Profil
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field.
- Extensive senior-level experience in IT strategy, architecture, and governance, ideally within multinational organizations or consulting – strong strategic acumen and the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Certification in at least one relevant framework (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Zachman) or demonstrated ability to apply similar structured methodologies in strategic and architectural contexts.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, IT strategy development, and governance with the capability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and bridge business and IT perspectives.
- Proven track record in change management and complex transformation programs, with high analytical strength and persuasiveness.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and lateral management skills, passionate about shaping the big picture while managing details; fluent in English; German and/or other PHOENIX group languages are a plus
