We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chapter Head of Finance and Third-Party Management to lead and shape our financial strategy while ensuring robust governance of third-party relationships across our sites in Mannheim, Stuttgart, and Fürth.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead and develop Finance and Third Party teams in IT, promoting teamwork and efficiency and ensuring strong alignment across central and country IT organizations.
- Own and continuously improve financial governance and transparency for IT & Digital, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives and enabling holistic financial steering of the group-wide IT & Digital landscape.
- Understand and monitor IT & Digital operations and change management models, translating them into financial models and forecasts.
- Analyse financial data to support decision-making, optimize budget utilization, identify risks and savings, and ensure IT service delivery within budget while acting as a trusted advisor to senior IT leadership.
- Manage and enhance financial reporting tools and processes, including a transparent IT cost allocation model to meet current and future needs and support tax- and audit-compliant cross-charging principles.
- Drive vendor and third-party management strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and value creation across all IT sourcing and asset management activities and coordinating contract lifecycle management with internal stakeholders and external partners.Act as a key liaison between IT and corporate functions, ensuring clear communication of IT financials and adherence to company policies while maintaining strong relationships with group finance, procurement, and local IT units.
- Provide strategic guidance on budget planning, cost optimization, and sourcing decisions to senior IT management.
Ihr Profil
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; IT affinity is a strong plus.
- Extensive experience in IT financial management, controlling, and sourcing at a senior level, ideally in multinational organizations or comparable complex corporate environments, with deep familiarity with PHOENIX structures considered a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of IT structures and their financial implications and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable financial steering measures..
- Proficiency in SAP ERP FI/CO and advanced MS Office skills as well as practical experience with IT financial reporting and allocation models.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and complex vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multiple teams and driving cross-functional collaboration combined with excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and structure diverse teams.
