Teamlead Business Transformation (m/f/d)
As Team Lead Business Transformation within our General Procurement Department, you will lead our Business Transformation team and drive transformation within Indirect Procurement. You will define the roadmap, foster innovation, standardization, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with GP and PHOENIX’s overall strategy. Working closely with Category Management leadership, you will strengthen capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
We can fill this position at the Headquarters in Mannheim or Croatia

Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Business Transformation team, providing clear direction and oversight for the transformation project portfolio.
- Collaborate with Category Management leadership to ensure consistent implementation of transformation priorities across GP.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and outcomes to ensure the project portfolio delivers measurable value.
- Prioritize and steer high-impact initiatives within the transformation portfolio, ensuring transparency to GP leadership.
- Drive harmonized adoption of tools, standards, and processes to enhance procurement effectiveness and transformation impact.
Ihr Profil
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Background in procurement, supply chain, and project management.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project, change, or transformation roles.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in process optimization, change management, and KPI-driven performance.
- English language proficiency; a second European language is a plus.
