Teamlead Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

As Team Lead Digital Transformation within our General Procurement Department, you will lead the AI and digital transformation of GP by developing transformation strategies and roadmaps, overseeing global and country implementations, and driving innovation, standardization, and process optimization. You will ensure that AI and digitalization strategies are aligned with GP and PHOENIX’s overall vision, making procurement future-ready.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead and develop a team of Digital Transformation Managers, providing direction, coaching, and oversight of all transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee group-wide implementation of digital platforms, ensuring adoption, readiness, and measurable business impact.
  • Steer process harmonization and operating model redesign to optimize procurement efficiency and ensure future-proof indirect procurement.
  • Drive innovation and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring scalable solutions and integration into procurement strategy.
  • Define governance and portfolio management, prioritize high-impact projects, manage budgets, and ensure transparency to leadership.
  • Oversee change management across regions.
  • Monitor industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

Ihr Profil

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Background in procurement, supply chain, and artificial intelligence.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in project, change, or transformation roles.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in process optimization, change management, and KPI-driven performance.
  • English language proficiency; a second European language is a plus.
