Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technical management and development of the WAN Solutions team in the Network Security Organisation
  • Resource planning for operations and project business
  • Optimisation of internal team processes and cross-functional interfaces in line with the strategic orientation of the department
  • Further development of the services provided through measurement, evaluation and optimisation of KPIs and service definitions
  • Technical collaboration within the team

Ihr Profil

  • Leadership personality with several years of experience in the field of network & security
  • Enjoyment of team-oriented work in a regulatory environment
  • Experience with WAN and SDWAN solutions such as MPLS and Internet connections as well as SDWAN
  • Practical experience in ITIL-based IT operations and in the field of infrastructure architecture
  • Very good written and spoken English skills as well as experience in intercultural exchange
