We are looking for a Junior Clinical Trial Services Strategy Associate (m/f/d) for our headquarter in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage comparator sourcing enquiries from new and existing clinical trial clients across Europe.
  • Conduct product research to determine optimal sourcing markets and manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with PHOENIX sourcing countries to evaluate quotations, balancing competitive pricing with delivery and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and further develop PHOENIX’s Comparator Request Portal, ensuring usability and data accuracy.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and communications are properly archived in shared systems.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the business development team and client-specific teams to ensure end-to-end service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) and help position PHOENIX’s CTS offerings effectively to potential clients.
  • Contribute to achieving annual revenue, margin, and sales targets through proactive engagement and service excellence.
  • Participate in client and internal country meetings, preparing meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Adhere strictly to GMP/GDP guidelines and internal SOPs in all sourcing and service activities.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and collaborate on strategies to expand PHOENIX’s CTS market reach.
  • Assist in the implementation of advanced packaging, labeling, storage, inventory management, and quality control services at the CTS Central Hub, ensuring regulatory compliance and client alignment.
  • Engage with clients to understand their clinical trial needs and contribute to tailored proposals and presentations that showcase PHOENIX’s capabilities.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing visibility of PHOENIX’s CTS services, including lead generation campaigns, promotional content, and targeted outreach.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for conferences, including booth coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate on the development and ongoing improvement of the CTS website, ensuring content reflects current services and strategic positioning.
  • Assist in the strategic build-up of new CTS services such as Patient Recruitment and Pharmacy Services, including coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Foundational understanding of clinical trial supply processes, including comparator sourcing and value-added services.
  • Familiarity with CTS service areas such as GMP packaging, labeling, patient recruitment, and pharmacy services is preferred.
  • Interest in strategic business development and marketing activities aimed at increasing visibility and lead generation for CTS services.
  • Ability to support marketing initiatives, including conference preparation, CTS website content, and promotional materials.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team across international CTS functions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and shared platforms for documentation, communication, and project tracking.
