AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d) in General Procurement

We are looking for a AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d) in our Corporate General Procurement function.

This role can be filled in Croatia or Lithuania.

The AI & automation manager supports AI&digital transformation by managing AI roadmap and driving AI innovation in General Procurement while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Suggests AI solutions, manages AI implementation and ensures adoptability.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Support creation of AI&digital transformation strategy
• Implement and operationalize AI solutions
• Drive process reengineering and pilot emerging technologies in collaboration with digital team
• Identify and suggest AI and automation cases with business value
• Define requirements and coordinate development with IT and external partners
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, compliant and integrated into digital landscape
• Monitor performance and value creation of AI solutions
• Collaborate with Change manager and AI academy in building internal AI knowledge and best practices

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field
• Experience in AI, automation or digital transformation
• Experience in procurement is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in an international environment
