We are looking for a Head of Corporate Sustainability (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Drive and continuously evolve the group-wide sustainability strategy
  • Ensure end‑to‑end implementation of the sustainability agenda across all group entities
  • Co-ordinate the  implementation of the relevant ESG regulations  (e.g. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, supply chain due diligence requirements) in the close collaboration with the responsible stakeholders and monitor the compliance
  • Develop governance, reporting, and control frameworks for Sustainability & ESG
  • Act as a key sparring partner to Executive Management and collaborate closely with functions such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, Finance, and Compliance
  • Lead and develop a team of sustainability experts, fostering collaboration, expertise, and continuous improvement
  • Represent the company internally and externally on sustainability-related topics

Ihr Profil

  • University degree in sustainability management, environmental sciences, economics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in sustainability, including proven leadership experience, ideally in an international or regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability compliance, and reporting standards
  • Experience in both strategic development and operational implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in German and English
