For our Corporate HR department we are looking for an Team Lead (m/f/d) Learning & Developmentat our headquarters in Mannheim.

The Team Lead Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for shaping, driving, and scaling the corporate learning strategy across the group. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in learning systems, instructional design, and capability development. Acting as a trusted sparring partner to key stakeholders, the role ensures that learning initiatives are impactful, future-oriented, and aligned with group priorities while supporting countries in delivering consistent yet locally relevant learning solutions.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead the end‑to‑end rollout and continuous optimization of the group‑wide LMS by defining governance and standards, partnering with IT/HR/vendors for seamless adoption.
  • Design and maintain a strategic L&D roadmap for group‑wide and flagship academies, ensuring alignment with business and leadership priorities while overseeing scalable learning journeys across functions and levels.
  • Act as a strategic partner for mandatory trainings by translating regulatory and compliance requirements into effective, engaging learning solutions.
  • Identify current and future skill needs through capability mapping, use assessment insights to shape learning strategies, and collaborate with Talent Management and HRBPs to link development with career pathways and succession planning.
  • Support country HR and L&D teams with the design, rollout, and localization of learning initiatives by providing frameworks and best practices while fostering a strong international L&D community for knowledge‑sharing and innovation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate HR L&D team while driving innovation in digital, blended, and experiential learning formats and continuously evolving the L&D offering by staying current with emerging trends and technologies.

Ihr Profil

  • Relevant university degree, ideally in Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Fluent English (C1+) and strong corporate L&D background, ideally in multinational or matrix environments.
  • Formal Instructional Design qualification plus proven experience developing e‑learning, digital, and blended learning solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with LMS implementations or large‑scale learning rollouts, supported by strong execution capability.
  • Expertise in adult‑learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and data‑driven improvement of learning outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management and consulting skills, paired with high intercultural competence across countries and functions.
