Validation Lead (m/f/d)

In this role, you will ensure that high-value, well-validated, and decision-ready use cases enter development. You will act as the key gatekeeper for investment decisions, translating ideas into robust, aligned business cases and preparing them for executive approval.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Own the creation of end-to-end business cases for AI use cases
• Quantify financial impact (EBITDA, cost, cash) and validate assumptions
• Ensure alignment between business value, feasibility, and strategic priorities
• Challenge and refine use case ideas from both business and technical perspectives
• Lead validation of AI use cases in the early pipeline
• Drive Make-or-Buy decisions and solution scoping
• Prepare and present use cases to AI Portfolio Steering / Executive Board
• Provide clear Go / No-Go recommendations
• Own and continuously improve validation in AI Factory
• Structure and execute: Business workshops, deep dives, Data and process analyses, MVP readiness definition
• Define standards, templates, and best practices

Ihr Profil

• 5–8+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent high-performance environment
• Strong exposure to Business case modelling, Investment decisions / portfolio steering and Data / AI-driven use cases
Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling capabilities
Ability to structure and challenge business problems
Solid understanding of AI / data-driven use cases
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured and decision-oriented way of working
High ownership and accountability
Strong focus on clarity and decision-readiness
Ability to balance ambition with realism
Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
