Digital Architect (f/m/d)

PHOENIX International Holdings GmbH is looking for a Digital Architect (f/m/d) to join our international IT & Digital organization.

This position can be filled in one of our IT locations in Mannheim, Stuttgart or Fürth.

Drive digital strategy execution aligned with business objectives and market needs
Design and own end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance
Analyze, validate, and integrate solutions across the IT landscape
Develop business cases, define roadmaps, and manage budgets for digital initiatives
Oversee solution delivery and governance, ensuring quality, security, compliance, and timely execution
Engage stakeholders and drive adoption through collaboration with business and technical teams across markets

Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional experience in IT, Digital Transformation, or IT/Enterprise Architecture.
International experience working with stakeholders, business-fluent English proficiency, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in developing solution architectures and integrating digital platforms and systems.
Ability to design, plan, and successfully implement complex digital solutions across multiple systems and channels.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as well as Business Case development and budget management.
