For our Central Network Security Team we´re looking for a new Team Lead located in Mannheim, Fürth, Sofia or Vantaa.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technical leadership and development of the Central Network & Security team
  • Resource planning and allocation for operational activities and project business
  • Optimization of internal team processes and cross-functional interfaces in line with the department’s strategic direction
  • Continuous improvement of delivered services through the measurement, analysis, and optimization of KPIs and service definitions
  • Active technical contribution as a member of the team

Ihr Profil

  • Strong leadership profile with extensive experience in the field of Network & Security Passion for collaborative teamwork in a highly regulated environment
  • Proven expertise in Data Center Network & Security solutions, including switches, routers, firewalls, proxy servers, load balancers, and related technologies
  • Practical experience in ITIL-based service operations and IT infrastructure architecture
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a strong track record of working in diverse international and intercultural environments
