We are looking for a Communications & Change Manager (m/w/d) for our Transformation & Communication department. This position can be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning, developing and executing communication and change management activities to ensure buy-in and adoption to organisational and technical change, and to strengthen reputation of the group IT & Digital organisation
• Creating and delivering clear, consistent, and engaging messages and materials tailored to different target audiences and communication channels
• Collaborating with international stakeholders across teams, and consulting managers and employees on effective communication and change management
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting effectiveness of communication and change activities and ensuring that overall business objectives are met

Ihr Profil

• Self-starter with multiple years of experience in communications and change management in a transformational corporate environment, ideally in information technology
• Proven experience and knowledge in communication and change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English with the ability to communicate complex information to different stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations
