This Role will be responsible for establishing and leading the new competence center focused on global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. The primary task is to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that supports the company's long-term goals and enhances its attractiveness as an employer.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead the establishment of a new Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Competence Center and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Managers in headquarters and national subsidiaries e.g. best practice sharing or support in digitalization of recruitment processes
  • Keeps an eye on market trends to ensure and develop state-of-the-art processes, ATS Systems landscape, strategies and an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with HR leaders and recruiters to optimize recruitment processes tailored to regional and functional needs
  • Drive initiatives to internally and externally strengthen employer branding and position the organisation as an Employer of Choice; collaborate closely with the PHOENIX countries to define and establish a unified global employer brand
  • Build a strategic candidate relationship management system and an international talent pool
  • Support of our HR Area Directors in the executive search processes for our international top management

Ihr Profil

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in both strategic and operational recruiting, with a strong focus on Active Sourcing
  • Experience in developing and implementing modern employer branding strategies
  • Previous leadership roles in Talent Acquisition within complex international corporate structures
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of global talent markets and industry trends
  • Fluent English required; German language skills preferred
  • Project- and stakeholder management skills
