For the PHOENIX International Holdings GmbH we are looking for a Second-Level BI Support Administrator (m/f/d) at pur location in Fürth or Mannheim.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ensure the smooth functioning of PHOENIX’s BI systems using ITSM-Tools.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets to appropriate team members using ITSM-Tools for ticket routing.
- Provide ETL routine support, including handling job abortions.
- Manage user account information and permissions across various systems like SQL servers, databases, and more.
- Conduct Power BI capacity checks.
- Provide second-level support to local service desks in Europe.
- Facilitate communications between different BI teams.
- Provide direct 3rd level support by solving issues independently and supporting various teams in issue resolution.
- Handle special SQL data requests.
- Create and maintain comprehensive 2nd level support documentation.
Ihr Profil
- Training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable solid IT training.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A general understanding of Power BI to identify issues and decide where to escalate, along with a fundamental understanding of ETL processes..
- Initial experience in SQL query language and general web applications understanding (e.g., WebFOCUS (optional), HTML, and JavaScript).
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure.
- Good knowledge of ITIL standards and their practical application.
- Experience in working with external providers in an international environment.
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Teams.
- Reliable and self-organized work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
