We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) HR Controlling and HR Sustainability for 4-6 months for our head office in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Assist in the collection, definition, analysis, and reporting of HR data to support decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR sustainability initiatives.
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Help in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Participate in the optimization of HR processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and sustainability.
  • Conduct research on best practices in HR controlling and sustainability.

Ihr Profil

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Controlling, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (german / english)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in HR practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
