For our Commercial Business Solutions department we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Specialty Distribution. This position can be filled groupwide.
Commercial Business Solutions is designed to drive growth in the areas of Specialty and Clinical Trial Services. Within Specialty distribution (innovative therapies to treat complex conditions) you will work in an international environment and support the team in planning, management, and implementation of supply chain & distribution models for Specialty customers on pan-European scale. You will work closely with local country teams and other cross-functional departments in HQ to drive a consistent and professional approach to our Specialty Pharmaceutical customers.
Ihre Aufgaben
- A lot of variety: support a variety of different projects from optimization of existing processes to the integration of agreed distribution deals and solutions, to the expansion of our range of services.
- Efficient project planning, incl. definition and analysis of customer requirements.
- Effective stakeholder management: working collaboratively with local country teams to ensure service delivery, compliance in implementing agreed distribution deals and solutions.
- Translate customer requirements to internal business models, support in compiling pan-European / multi-market tender responses.
- Assist in preparing and conducting pitch presentations, negotiations, business reviews.
- Maintain and update internal CRM database, incl. target customer pipeline, deals won / lost, feedback from both local teams and external partners.
Ihr Profil
- Relevant education in the field of business administration, economics with a focus on logistics, supply chain or service management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, contract logistics / supply chain management (extended knowledge in Biopharma would be of benefit)
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on service delivery
