This position can be filled in any country in the EU where PHOENIX is represented.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Strategy Development: Partner with the Director of International Trading to develop and execute the Group strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic Execution: Lead and manage key strategic projects within International Trading, ensuring robust governance processes and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, in collaboration with local Phoenix countries.
- Insightful Reporting: Develop and consolidate project reports and presentations for leadership review, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Alignment and Communication: Ensure alignment between project priorities and strategic objectives with HQ and local countries, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
- Resource Optimization: Support resource allocation planning and monitoring across projects, optimizing resource utilization and efficiency to achieve project goals.
- Process Improvement: Streamline PMO tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
- Innovation Facilitation: Design and facilitate workshops for the International Trading team and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking.
- Natural Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by confidently guiding international colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment.
Ihr Profil
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Consulting Experience: Experience working within a larger consulting firm is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive Mindset: A proactive and can-do mentality is essential, with a proven ability to create and manage comprehensive projects.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration and relationship building.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) for effective project management and reporting; experience in PowerBI and Dynamics CRM system is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English
- Industry Insight: Financial background and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, providing valuable industry insights.
- Adaptability: A curious mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
