We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as the Strategic Assistant (m/f/d) to the CIO at our headquarters in Mannheim. This pivotal role is focusing on driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across our IT & Digital Competence Centre. I
Ihre Aufgaben
- Collaborate closely with the CIO to steer and shape the strategic direction of the Competence Centre IT & Digital.
- Tackle complex, often unstructured challenges, identify potential risks, and devise innovative solutions in high-pressure situations.
- Serve as the primary coordinator between central and international IT & Digital teams within the PHOENIX group, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate structured and impactful communication within the management team to drive alignment and execution of strategic goals.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop comprehensive decision proposals for top management, supporting informed decision-making.
- Assist the CIO in strategic, conceptual, and operational tasks, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Independently lead and execute special projects that advance the strategic objectives of the IT & Digital Competence Centre.
Ihr Profil
- Master's degree or doctorate in business, computer science, information technology, or business administration, with a strong affinity for IT & Digital.
- Prior experience in strategy development or consulting is advantageous, showcasing your ability to drive strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated international experience and a willingness to travel, enhancing your global perspective.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a structured, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Absolute reliability and discretion in handling confidential information, ensuring trust and integrity.
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English, with strong intercultural competence to effectively engage with all hierarchical levels.
