Join our dynamic team as a Regional Digitalization Expert, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming indirect procurement processes across multiple countries. This position combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive digital transformation, ensuring regional and local needs are integrated into global strategies.

Location: CEE (RO, HU or CZ)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Contribute to digital transformation strategy, ensuring regional needs are reflected, and implement strategies across countries.
  • Collaborate on the design, rollout, and optimization of procurement processes and tools, ensuring documentation is current.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, focusing on digitalization and automation.
  • Manage service request escalations and change requests regionally, supporting tool adoption and suggesting updates.
  • Lead change initiatives at corporate, regional, and country levels, supporting global training concepts and change management structures.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and successes.

Ihr Profil

  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience in process management; procurement experience is a plus.
  • Strong IT affinity and technical understanding.
  • Self-motivated with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
