Join us in the later stage of our new HR IT System rollout. Your role will be key in the successful completion of one of our Group flagship projects of 2025-2027. Working closely with our Senior HR Experts, you will be contributing to the meaningful digitalization of HR processes, impacting business across the continent.
We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for Succession Management Process Digitalisation for a period of 5-6 months starting either November 1 or 15, 2025, at our headquarters in Mannheim.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Support digitalisation of our Succession and related process;
- Assist in the international HRIS roadmap for executives;
- Develop group wide support materials and guides as required for Succession and Support further professionalisation of our services to our internal stakeholders across Europe;
- Actively participate as a member of the Group Talent ICC across the employee experience cycle.
Ihr Profil
- Currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Organisational or Industrial Psychology, Sociology, Data Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate actively.
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
