For our Commercial Business Solutions department we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Specialty Distribution.

Ihre Aufgaben

The role would entail business development and key account management, starting from BD, sales and ongoing KAM.
Pan-EU role, working with all of our local country teams
A lot of variety: support a variety of different projects from optimization of existing processes to the integration of agreed distribution deals and solutions, to the expansion of our range of services.
Efficient project planning, incl. definition and analysis of customer requirements.
Effective stakeholder management: working collaboratively with local country teams to ensure service delivery, compliance in implementing agreed distribution deals and solutions.
Translate customer requirements to internal business models, support in compiling pan-European / multi-market tender responses.
Assist in preparing and conducting pitch presentations, negotiations, business reviews.
Maintain and update internal CRM database, incl. target customer pipeline, deals won / lost, feedback from both local teams and external partners.

Ihr Profil

Relevant education in the field of business administration, economics with a focus on logistics, supply chain or service management
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, contract logistics / supply chain management (extended knowledge in Biopharma would be of benefit)
Strong negotiation expertise
Willingness to travel
Fluent spoken and written English
