We are looking for a AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d) in our Corporate General Procurement function.
This role can be filled in Croatia or Lithuania.
The AI & automation manager supports AI&digital transformation by managing AI roadmap and driving AI innovation in General Procurement while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Suggests AI solutions, manages AI implementation and ensures adoptability.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Support creation of AI&digital transformation strategy
- Implement and operationalize AI solutions
- Drive process reengineering and pilot emerging technologies in collaboration with digital team
- Identify and suggest AI and automation cases with business value
- Define requirements and coordinate development with IT and external partners
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, compliant and integrated into digital landscape
- Monitor performance and value creation of AI solutions
- Collaborate with Change manager and AI academy in building internal AI knowledge and best practices
Ihr Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in AI, automation or digital transformation
- Experience in procurement is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in an international environment
