We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Enablement Manager (m/f/d) to support the delivery of our Corporate General Procurement strategy across Europe.This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior procurement leadership to translate strategy into action, ensure alignment across regions and categories, and provide structure, transparency and insight across key initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in enabling strategy execution, tracking performance, supporting transformation initiatives and acting as a central coordination point between corporate, category and country procurement teams.
This role can be filled in Austria, UK, Sweden, Denmark, France and the Netherlands.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Support the development and execution of the Corporate General Procurement strategy at regional level
- Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and actionable delivery plans
- Coordinate, in partnership with the Business Transformation Team, the annual and ongoing procurement planning cycle, including targets, category priorities, and key initiatives
- Track initiative progress, timelines, dependencies, and risks in close collaboration with business and transformation stakeholders
- Enable data‑driven insights and high‑quality reporting for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑country initiatives and support change management activities
- Act as a central interface between corporate, category, and country procurement teams
- Provide executive support to senior leadership at regional and category level
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations, briefings, and decision materials and support leadership meetings and follow‑ups
Ihr Profil
- Degree in business administration, economics, supply chain, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, ideally indirect procurement, strategy, consulting, or project/program management
- Experience working in multinational and cross‑border environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Solid project management or coordination skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with procurement tools (e.g. P2P, spend analytics, e‑tendering solutions) is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage
