For our Headquarters in Mannheim we are looking for a HR Controller (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
The HR Controller plays a key role in delivering high‑quality HR financial insights, supporting corporate steering processes, and ensuring transparency across HR cost structures and KPIs. As part of the Corporate HR Controlling function, the role contributes to strategic planning cycles, strengthens data‑driven decision-making, and collaborates closely with HR and Finance leadership. - Support Corporate HR in the full budgeting and forecasting cycle, including preparation of scenarios, analysis of cost drivers, and development of planning templates.
- Prepare high‑quality HR reports and management dashboards, including KPI analytics, variance analyses, and commentary for leadership audiences.
- Conduct structured data validation, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reporting environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR controlling processes, reporting standards, and KPI logic by identifying optimization opportunities and driving enhancements as well as Anaplan Reporting developments.
- Execute trend, variance, and performance analyses that inform strategic decisions and highlight improvement areas.
- Support end‑to‑end invoice management processes, including invoice verification, cost allocation, and coordination with Finance.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to explain KPI definitions, reporting structures, and analytical insights in a clear and structured way.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Initial experience in controlling, financial analysis, or HR analytics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Solid Excel skills; interest in developing expertise in planning and reporting tools (e.g., analytics platforms, Anaplan, SuccessFactors).
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style with strong ownership and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment and to manage multiple topics in parallel.
