We are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry who can help expand and deepen partnerships around Healthcare Intelligence solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities where PHOENIX data assets can create value, and working with internal experts to deliver solutions that support our partners' commercial, supply chain and market access activities.

Your Tasks

Partner Development

  • Build and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare industry stakeholders
  • dentify opportunities where PHOENIX data assets and insights can support customer objectives.
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships based on mutual value creation
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Healthcare Intelligence opportunities


Business Growth

  • Expand the usage of existing Healthcare Intelligence solutions
  • Help identify new customer needs and emerging market trends
  • Translate business requirements into potential new products and services
  • Support the commercialisation of innovative Healthcare Intelligence offerings


Market Engagement

  • Represent PHOENIX in interactions with industry partners
  • Build a strong external network across commercial, market access and patient focused functions
  • Foster collaboration between customers and PHOENIX subject matter experts
  • Promote awareness of PHOENIX's Healthcare Intelligence capabilities


Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, analytics, legal and country teams
  • Provide market feedback to guide future product development
  • Support the creation of scalable and compliant Healthcare Intelligence solutions
  • Enable countries to engage more effectively with healthcare industry partners

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in healthcare data, analytics, consulting, market research or pharmaceutical services
  • Strong existing network within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships or account management
  • Ability to engage senior commercial, medical and market access stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of how data and insights can support better business decisions
