Team Lead (m/f/d) Collaboration Platforms and Services
We are looking for a Teamlead (m/f/d) Collaboration Platforms & Services.
Your Tasks
- In charge of the successful implementation and operation of the M365 core platform services, e-Mail services as well as MS teams unified communication services
- Based on the defined IT architecture, security standards and global solution design, the role with local and corporate IT functions for a continuous improvement
- That include optimization, standardization and innovation of those services in scope
- Ensure stable operations of services in scope with external service providers
- Effectively manage external service providers
- Build and develop an organization that operates large, shared environments
- Align harmonization and innovation of the services
- Ensure that environments comply with security standards
- Actively drive standardization across existing platforms and services
- Drive strategical and technical alignment with other IT functions and Business Units
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex technology projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of technology solutions and how they can be effectively adopted
- Experience in managing service providers and external vendors.
- Experience of managing a technology team
- Several years of collaboration tooling knowledge
- A good understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of Agile principles and ITIL ways of working
- A high degree of independence, assertiveness, and responsibility
- Openness towards innovation and new technologies
