Global Insurance Manager (m/f/d)

PHOENIX Pharma SE is are looking for a Global Insurance Manager (m/f/d) at the headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

• Strategic consulting for PHOENIX units on complex insurance matters across the full spectrum of industrial insurance sectors (Property/Casualty, Financial Lines, Employee Benefit)
• Manage, analyze and optimise global insurance portfolios to ensure adequate insurance coverage
• Supervision of renewal activities
• Overall responsibility for group-wide insurance policy management
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop as well as implement company-wide loss prevention measures
• Lead risk inspections, critically review risk reports, and follow up on recommendations
• Monitor and analyze the relevant insurance markets, industry trends and regulatory changes to shape the global insurance portfolio
• Oversee insurance-related financial management, including budgeting, cost controlling and internal cost allocation
• Lead international projects to identify and implement strategic portfolio improvements and cost-saving opportunities

Your Profile

• Completed studies in insurance, risk management, business administration, law or equivalent
• At least 7+ years of relevant professional experience in industrial insurance, and extensive experience with international insurance programs
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to create and convincingly present reports and decision templates for top management
• Great team player with a proactive working style
• Fluent in German and English
