Business Service Manager (m/w/d)
We are looking for a Business Service Manager (m/f/d) in Sofia, Mannheim, Fürth or Stuttgart.
Your Tasks
- Track and report service status towards Business Partners and react on customer inputs and translate these to Technical Service Management for the Employee Experience service portfolio
- Moderate and facilitate service review meetings with the business partners
- Provide service reporting and Key Performance Indicators analysis
- Deliver insights into service costs and support in identifying potential savings
- Support the definition of service cost models and charging towards our Business Partner
- Take responsibility for the service catalogue
- Assist in service definition including service process design, service transition and introduction
- Align with Business Relationship Managers on ongoing activities
- Close collaboration with stakeholders and technical service managers to optimize solutions
- Learn and innovate – e.g., how can we create value for our customers and increase customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- ITIL Process Management to ensure quality of services delivered to our Business Partner
- Experience in management of SLAs stack, Service Monitoring and Reporting, Service Catalogue Management, Service Introduction Process
- In daily operations you are working efficient, Business Partner oriented, and you are interacting with internal Business Service Managers and external partners to optimize solutions
- Build a stable and sustainable communication, collaboration and bridge the gap between IT and relevant stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-annual work experience in a multinational environment
- Team player with quick comprehension, strong information technology understanding, independent, precise and structured way of working, as well as analytical and conceptual mindset
- Ability to manage changes effectively and ensure risks are assessed and mitigated
- Experience in producing operational documents
- Commitment, customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Your business and technical English skills are adequate to handle all topics within an European acting company
