Product Manager (m/f/d)
At PXG Pharma GmbH we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
- Take the lead on all in-licensing projects and be responsible for the search and selection of new suppliers of selected private label OTC medicine
- Co-ordinate the analysis of numerous opportunities simultaneously through several stages of financial and technical due diligence, the regulatory process, including but not limited to manging the registration of Dossiers, co-ordinating Dossier Review with key stakeholders and subsequent actions, determining the most appropriate registration pathway while having an eye on cost
- Evaluate all commercial offers and preparation of business cases; The drafting of all commercial agreements relating to in-licensing; Presenting all new projects to management for approval
- Co-ordinate with all internal departments, suppliers, design agencies, lawyers and other key stakeholders. Including the support of supply chain colleagues in securing the supply of goods, optimizing inventory position and helping to manage the cost of transportation
- Maintain awareness of industry and technology trends, assessing opportunities and potential competitive threats, by interacting with existing partners
- Maintain and develop existing networks to ensure highly effective and strategic collaboration, enabling you to recommend new business aligned closely to your departments strategic goals which provide opportunities for growth
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, marketing, or related field (advanced degree is an advantage)
- 3+ years in business development within generic Pharmaceuticals; OTC experience and international exposure preferred
- High emotional intelligence and able to skilfully deal with and co-operate with people from shop floor to c-suite
- Self-driven, structured, and resilient multitasker with a positive mindset
- Broad understanding of sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory affairs, QA/QC, manufacturing, finance, legal/IP, and retail pharmacy
- Skilled in negotiation, product/project management, problem-solving, and financial analysis
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, databases, search engines, and approved AI tools
- Detail-oriented communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (including outside working hours)
- Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus
