We are looking for an Area HR Director to join our Corporate HR team at our headquarters in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to an Executive Board Member and country HR leads, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Lead HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of teams and processes.
- Oversee talent management for top leadership, building a strong succession pipeline.
- Ensure HR operational excellence, including compliance and smooth execution of lifecycle processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine HR strategies and proactively address workforce challenges.
Your Profile
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multinational matrix environment.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Global Mobility.
- Proven success in managing organizational change and transformation, including M&A.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and German.
- Collaborative, influential leader with high integrity, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to inspire teams.
