Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Specialty Distribution
For our Commercial Business Solutions department we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Specialty Distribution.
Your Tasks
- The role would entail business development and key account management, starting from BD, sales and ongoing KAM.
- Pan-EU role, working with all of our local country teams
- A lot of variety: support a variety of different projects from optimization of existing processes to the integration of agreed distribution deals and solutions, to the expansion of our range of services.
- Efficient project planning, incl. definition and analysis of customer requirements.
- Effective stakeholder management: working collaboratively with local country teams to ensure service delivery, compliance in implementing agreed distribution deals and solutions.
- Translate customer requirements to internal business models, support in compiling pan-European / multi-market tender responses.
- Assist in preparing and conducting pitch presentations, negotiations, business reviews.
- Maintain and update internal CRM database, incl. target customer pipeline, deals won / lost, feedback from both local teams and external partners.
Your Profile
- Relevant education in the field of business administration, economics with a focus on logistics, supply chain or service management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, contract logistics / supply chain management (extended knowledge in Biopharma would be of benefit)
- Strong negotiation expertise
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent spoken and written English
