We are looking for a Teamlead (m/f/d) SAP Finance & Controlling

Your Tasks

  • Ensuring the implementation of the project and change portfolio as well as planning of task allocation for the internal SAP application team as well as external resources
  • Analysis and assessment of Business Partners‘ requirements regarding possible implementation scenarios in collaboration with Business Alignment Management and application architects
  • Continuous development of the SAP application portfolio considering strategic influences with regard to S/4 transformation
  • Central contact person for SAP operation and support units, coordination of 3rd level support activities in case of operational disruptions and as well as handover of new functionalities and services into daily operations
  • Planning of personnel development in the team including support in recruitment process and integration of new employees, conducting feedback interviews and annual review sessions as well as identifying individual development measures

Your Profile

  • Degree in the field of (Business) Information Technology, or other comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment with a comprehensive overview of the SAP application portfolio and processes with focus on Accounting, Controlling, Reporting and their embedding in a complex system landscape
  • Self-dependent, structured as well as target-oriented and efficient working practices combined with willingness for professional employee and profit responsibility
  • Communication and presentation abilities on all hierarchy levels
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • High intercultural competence
