In unserem Competence Center IT & Digital ist ab sofort die Position Team Lead Taskforce Management (m/w/d) zu besetzen. Die Stelle kann in Mannheim, Fürth oder Stuttgart besetzt werden.

Your Tasks

• Manage and Develop the Taskforce Manager Team
• Ensure appropriate resource management and activity reporting
• Management of task force initiatives and projects with a strategic focus and clear time limits (time boxing)
• Support in the management of critical failures and the necessary communication within IT and with business partners
• Support in audits and management of initiatives to implement improvement measures
• Negotiations with service providers and partners
• Identification and implementation of quality assurance measures

Your Profile

• Many years of experience in IT projects as a project manager or comparable experience
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach
• Experience in agile projects in moderately structured environments
• Strong goal orientation and assertiveness, very good organisational skills and a high degree of persuasiveness
• Very good target group-oriented German and English skills
