Brand & Activation Manager (m/f/d)
At PXG Pharma GmbH we are looking for a Brand & Activation Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Mannheim.
About the Role
As a Brand & Activation Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our Private label brands to life across all touchpoints. You will develop and implement brand activation strategies, lead fully integrated campaigns, and ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across international markets. This role combines strategic brand building with strong operational execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your Tasks
- Develop and implement holistic global brand activation strategies for central Private Label (PL) brands, defining their role and positioning within each category.
- Lead the creation and execution of central 360° campaigns across all channels.
- Manage and evolve the global PL brand portfolio, including guidelines and cross-channel consistency.
- Oversee development, optimization, and content management of central brand websites (TYPO3).
- Define and implement the global online and social media strategy.
- Develop POS materials to strengthen brand visibility, shopper engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor brand awareness, consideration, and commercial performance to drive improvements.
- Support countries in building and evaluating brand activation plans using market and customer insights.
- Provide best-practice tools, assets, and engagement materials to drive adoption of central brands.
- Track consumer, market, and competitor trends to identify brand opportunities and future growth potential.
- Collaborate closely with international teams to share assets, insights, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or activation—ideally in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, beauty or consumer health sector.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, content creation, and integrated marketing communication.
- Experience with TYPO3 CMS and strong affinity for digital platforms, online strategy, and social media.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong hands‑on mentality to execute efficiently.
- Experience in working with creative agencies and managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and market insights.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for market visits, workshops, campaign rollouts, and collaboration with country teams (approx. 10–20%).
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
