For our Corporate HR department we are looking for an Team Lead (m/f/d) – Talent Pool Development at our headquarters in Mannheim.

The Team Lead for Talent Pool Development is responsible for conceptualizing, leading, and executing high-impact talent development strategies across the organization. This role will focus on developing and implementing our group-wide flagship programs (such as LIFT and RUNWAY) to nurture future leaders, strengthen high-potential pipelines, and drive organizational capability in alignment with the company’s strategic ambitions.

Your Tasks

  • Lead capability mapping initiatives and translate insights into targeted development strategies
  • Derive talent development priorities from business strategy and workforce needs
  • Leverage talent data and analytics to strengthen pipelines and succession readiness
  • Design and implement group-wide talent development approaches across functions and regions
  • Drive and continuously improve flagship leadership programs (e.g. LIFT, RUNWAY) end-to-end
  • Manage stakeholder alignment with senior leaders, HRBPs, and external partners
  • Introduce innovative development solutions and ensure measurable impact of all initiatives
  • Oversee coaching, mentoring, and development frameworks for key talent groups
  • Ensure high-quality, fair, and data-driven nomination and succession processes
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and future-oriented talent decisions across the organization

Your Profile

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or similar (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise-level talent development strategies within an Integrated Talent Management approach, including capability mapping, succession planning, talent analytics, and development planning.
  • Proven track record in leadership programs and talent initiatives
  • Experience in matrix, international environments
  • Coaching qualification (e.g. ICF/EMCC) preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Fluent English (C1+)
