Intern (m/f/d) Treasury Middle Office (Corp. Finance & Risk Management)

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Treasury Middle Office – Corp. Finance and Risk Management for a period of 6 months at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting daily Treasury Middle Office activities, including monitoring financial transactions and treasury operations
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of treasury reports, dashboards and analyses
  • Collaborating on the validation and improvement of treasury data quality and completeness
  • Assisting in the monitoring of compliance with internal treasury policies and risk management guidelines
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for internal stakeholders and management
  • Participating in ad-hoc analyses and projects related to corporate finance, treasury and risk management
  • Regular coordination with internal stakeholders and business partners across Finance and other departments

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field
  • First practical experience in Treasury, Finance, Controlling, Risk Management or Accounting is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for working with financial data and figures
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident, proactive and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
