We are seeking a motivated Intern to support the development of Commercial Excellence initiatives for locally organized subsidiaries across all European countries. This role is ideal for candidates who are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field and are interested in gaining hands-on experience in commercial operations, strategy implementation, and international business practices.

Your Tasks

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence strategies and programs.
  • Coordinate with local subsidiaries across Europe to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Support the analysis and reporting of performance metrics to evaluate the success of Commercial Excellence initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of best practice guidelines and training materials.
  • Engage in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the central headquarters and across European subsidiaries.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and teams. Proficiency in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of commercial functions and processes within a multinational company.
  • Having knowledge of negotiation is a plus.
