At PXG pharma GmbH we are looking for a Graphic Designer (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Mannheim. 

Your Tasks

  • Design and implementation of packaging designs and marketing materials in accordance with the existing Corporate Identity (CI) or Brand Book. (Main activity)
  • Creation of pictograms and graphics.
  • Image editing, final artwork, and generation of print-ready files.
  • Point of contact for all design-related questions concerning packaging design.
  • Proactive management and improvement of the design process to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Implementation of cross-border brand guidelines for the products.
  • Close collaboration with product managers, marketing, design agencies, as well as manufacturers and printers to ensure a smooth development process

Your Profile

  •  University degree in Graphic Design or a comparable field, though we are also open to being convinced by an impressive portfolio and substantial work experience.
  • Several years of professional experience (3-5 years)
  • High level of creativity, quality of presentation, and attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography, especially for packaging
  • High expertise with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Reliable and timely work ethic with a strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to changing and demanding requirements, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoyment of creative and solution-oriented teamwork
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written
