For our Corperate Business Services department we are looking for a Business Product Owner (BPO) Process Mining (m/f/d).

As a BPO Process Mining you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, development, and enhancement of process mining tools to improve operational efficiency and business insights. You will work closely with stakeholder across departments to ensure process transparency, identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions.

This is a hybrid role with occasional presence on site in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • Act as the primary business representative for process mining initiatives, aligning tools and solutions with organizational objectives
  • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of process mining solutions to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) to collect process data, identify pain points, and drive actionable improvements
  • Manage the product backlog for process mining tools, prioritizing business requirements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Develop and maintain process mining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights to stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of process mining within the organization through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency gains based on process insights
  • Monitor KPIs and process metrics to measure improvements and assess the impact of changes
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Stay up to date with trends in process mining technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in process mining, process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex process data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Experience in driving end-to-end process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience working in a corporate environment supporting large-scale process optimization projects
  • Certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) or process mining tools
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data extraction techniques
  • Financial background and experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
