We are looking for a SAP BW Consultant (m/f/d). This position can be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim or at our location in Stuttgart.

Your Tasks

  • Shape the future of Data & Analytics and drive the digital transformation at Phoenix Group.
  • Ensure the stability of our SAP BW 7.5 on HANA and BW/4HANA systems for timely and consistent financial data delivery.
  • Design and implement tailored data warehousing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, BI developers, SAP specialists, and the Data & Analytics team to innovate data sourcing and reporting standards.

Your Profile

  • Education: Completed studies or a master's degree in Informatics or Business Informatics.
  • Experience: Several years in consulting and project management, focusing on business requirements analysis and the implementation of BI architectures, particularly with SAP BW.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Databases & DWH: Proficient in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, and Embedded Analytics. Experience with SAP Datasphere is a plus.
    • Front-end Technologies: Skilled in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BO, SAP Fiori and Analysis for Office.
    • Programming: Strong knowledge of ABAP, AMDP, HANA native development, CDS views, Calculation views, and SQL Scripting.
    • Planning & Consolidation: Experience with SAP BI-IP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • BW Module: Solid understanding of SAP FICO.
  • Project Experience: Migration projects, user support and system operations within the SAP BI environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for moderating workshops and facilitating discussions.
  • Methodological confidence in process and application consulting.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and perform under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent English skills; German is a plus.
