For our Corporate Talent Management department we are looking for a  LEAN Digital Architect (m/f/d). The position is to be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • Plan, implement and manage LEAN digital learning projects, including alignment with business needs, testing, uploading, and rollout via our PHOENIX LMS
  • Collaborate with business in the development of training materials on Lean and Kaizen Principles and Continuous Improvement tools (for example on Daily Kaizen) within the framework of PHOENIX Lean Academy to foster a work culture of autonomy, visibility, and continuous improvement
  • Support development initiatives in production, logistics, retail, and strategic processes using tools such as Lean Project Management and Hoshin Kanri
  • Serve as the main point of contact for country HR and business teams regarding learning platforms, access, reporting, and local launches
  • Maintain the LEAN Academy, ensuring accurate language versions, access rights, and version control 
  • Monitor and report on mandatory Lean trainings.
  • Contribute to the conceptual design and overall architecture of the Lean Academy, events and governance
  • Liaise with business areas and ensure all Academy steps are in line with and driven by business needs 

Your Profile

  • Degree or Master’s in a relevant field (e.g. Learning & Development, Lean, Engineering)
  • Proven experience in project management and training within a LEAN environment
  • Alternatively: extensive work experience combined with LEAN certifications (e.g. Six Sigma Green Belt or higher)
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of curiosity and adaptability
