For the PHOENIX we are looking for a SAP Solution Consultant & Architect (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

  • Designing, building, configuring and supporting SAP application
  • Integrating software, developing external interfaces, and maintaining technical and functional documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Builds, fosters, and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with customers by effectively managing and supporting their needs on an SAP solution
  • Coordination of tasks, completing follow ups and identify areas of improvement within their solution
  • Providing technical expertise on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.

Your Profile

  • Capability to identify, isolate, and resolve issues or defects in software code or applications, including analyzing code, logs, and other relevant information to pinpoint the root cause of problems and applying corrective measures to fix to ensure software functions correctly and reliably.
  • Capability to identify inefficiencies, analyze existing processes, propose and implement changes, and continuously monitor and optimize workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to understand how different SAP modules work together and how to effectively configure, implement, and utilize SAP software solutions to address specific business processes and requirements
  • Capability to evaluate a complete and integrated system, including functional testing, performance testing, security testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, integration testing, and regression testing to reduce errors, improve quality, save costs, and improve customer satisfaction before completing final checks during acceptance testing.
  • Capability to use, support, and manage an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that covers enterprise processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-product, and request-to-service, and integrates line of business functions with industry solutions to provide a comprehensive solution for the organization.
