Our Corporate Public Affairs office plays a central strategic role in shaping PHOENIX’s engagement with political, regulatory and healthcare stakeholders across Europe. To strengthen this area, we are looking for a motivated and committed intern.
Join us for a 6‑month internship supporting the Corporate Public Affairs team at PHOENIX headquarters in Mannheim. You will gain hands‑on experience in political analysis, healthcare policy, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional project work.
Your Tasks
- Support the Corporate Public Affairs office in daily operations
- Conduct research and prepare written summaries on political, healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory topics
- Assist in the development of communication materials, presentations and strategic briefings
- Monitor industry‑relevant legislative processes and political developments
- Support stakeholder mapping and preparation of engagement activities
- Contribute to ongoing Public Affairs and cross‑departmental Corporate projects
- Assist with coordination across countries and internal stakeholders
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree or higher degree, preferably in Politics, Political Science, Public Affairs, PR/Leadership, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Studies or a related field
- Business‑level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of modern office software (e.g., Microsoft 365)
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and project management abilities
- Initial familiarity with legislative processes and governmental structures
- Basic Understanding of healthcare policy or pharmaceutical regulation
- Experience using social media in a professional or business context (optional)
- Interest in AI‑based productivity tools
