The position is based at our headquarters in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
- Define and implement governance, structures, and strategic alignment for the PHOENIX Flagship Academies, and develop clear roadmaps, learning pathways, and certification models.
- Drive the setup, technical implementation, and continuous improvement of the Academies in close collaboration with business stakeholders and our LMS team.
- Design engaging and modern learning concepts, including blended learning formats, and advise stakeholders on learning methodologies and instructional design.
- Co-develop Lean training programs and support the adoption of Lean practices across the organization while fostering a strong learning culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Track participation, progress, and program effectiveness to ensure measurable learning impact.
- Maintain a consolidated overview of Academy activities across countries, gather feedback, and share best practices and learning insights.
- Provide clear and consistent communication through regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and ongoing improvement.
Your Profile
- Proven experience delivering Lean training in a corporate environment, supported by a relevant Lean certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
- Experience in developing and implementing learning programs or academies, with strong project management skills ideally gained in international matrix organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, combined with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Solid understanding of modern learning methodologies and experience with blended and digital learning formats; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Analytical and impact-driven mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation or operational excellence initiatives is beneficial.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Valid work permit for Germany and willingness to relocate to the Mannheim area.
