We are looking for an Intern or working student (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible, for our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

CRM & Salesforce Support

  • Maintain and update opportunities, customer data, and account information in Salesforce
  • Ensure data quality and pipeline accuracy
  • Upload and structure meeting notes and account updates
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboard extracts


Tender Management Support

  • Support the coordination and preparation of customer tenders
  • Gather, consolidate, and validate data from multiple countries
  • Maintain pricing files, documentation, and submission versions
  • Support tender analyses and Q&A tracking


Cross-Country Coordination

  • Coordinate information requests across European markets
  • Track responses, deadlines, and action items
  • Prepare summary reports and management overviews
  • Maintain central trackers and status updates


Analysis & Business Support

  • Prepare country, market, and cost comparisons
  • Support business case development and benchmarking activities
  • Assist with the preparation of customer and management presentations


Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes
  • Support reporting automation and template development
  • Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and best practices

      Your Profile

      • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Logistics or a related field
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      • Fluent in English
