Exciting opportunity in Group Headquarter: Join our small team of experts in our newly established International Competence Center Talent Management. We drive the Talent Cycle for our Top 100 Executives, and ensure succession planning and talent development for this level. In addition, we support group wide transformation and change initiatives.

In this role, you will significantly contribute to create, set up and implement talent management processes and development initiatives across the group. We are looking for a passionate, execution-oriented individual with excellent methodological skills who drives international collaboration and co-creation.

The role can be covered in 80-100% in a hybrid work set up.

Your Tasks

  • You develop, implement and conduct group wide talent management processes and development initiatives across the talent cycle (Identify-Develop-Place) in co-creation with business partners and country HR.
  • You make sure what we do has an impact on the organization by anchoring our initiatives and processes and enabling of people leaders as well as our HR community through co-creation, networks, support materials, training & workshops.
  • You are the essential interface in the area of top talent management. You build trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders, connect stakeholders’ interests and act as partner at eye level.
  • You lead group-wide projects around for example state of the art learning and development initiatives, HRIS Systems & E-Learning, transformation and culture. Your specific focus and projects will depend on your area of interest and expertise, but be prepared to take on a wide variety of tasks.
  • You deliver data as the basis for sound decisions by reviewing our KPIs and creating meaningful dashboards and reports for our executive board.

Your Profile

  • You bring broad and deep experience with modern talent management processes and initiatives in a complex international organisation, ideally both from a conceptual and operational perspective (e.g. from a HR business partner role)
  • You are able to create and internationally implement processes in a transforming organisation and strike the right balance between structure and flexibility
  • You have repeatedly proven your excellent project management skills in an international setting and know how to select and manage value adding relationships with external cooperation partners.
  • Pragmatic and easy to work with, you  enjoy co-creation and having fun with your team
  • Advanced excel skills; IT/systems affinity; ideally knowledge of talent management systems & reporting structures
  • You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
